This is a custom Tanto, as you can see on the picture there are 36 layers of hand forged steel on each side of the blade. The grind on the sword is one the of the best in the world, there are only a few grinder able to curve sword by hand. If you look at the tip of the Tanto, its a little different then any other Tanto you have seen, Kiku son said he wanted the user feels the sword in their hand , the extra curved blade creates that feel.
